George Street, Cellardyke, Fife
The aim of this case study is to create an outline of the barriers and advantages to the integration of the Passive House standard for the future retrofit of the dwelling in Cellardyke, Fife.
Ex-Miners Cottage, Newtongrange
This project focused primarily on coom ceilings, areas which have previously been difficult to insulate without stripping out internal linings, often leading to loss of historic fabric, disruptive building work, and the expense of new materials and labour.

The Columshill Street, Rothesay case study describes thermal performance improvements that were made to a residential building owned by Fyne Homes Housing Association. Fyne Homes were interested to explore simple interventions that would result in cheaper to heat, warmer homes for their tenants.
